    What are the membership options?

    Private Studio :: Studio sizes are ideal for teams of 1-4 people. Enjoy 24/7 access to your private studio and the entire second floor + 9-5 access to the first floor. Studios come unfurnished - Deck out your space as you please! 

    Dedicated Desk :: Dedicated Desk memberships include 24/7 access to the 2nd floor + 9-5 access to the first floor. We provide you with a desk, chair and lockable filing cabinet.

    Open Desk Membership :: 9-5 access to the first floor! Just strut in, grab a table and get those creative juices flowing!

    Where oh where will I park!?

    Because of our bad-A location, parking can be a bit tough but we've partnered up with Nomad to make parking easy-peasy! They work with our members 1-1 to find the best solution and price to fit their transportation needs. 

    Why yes we do! As a member, if you refer another person to The Refinery and they become a member (any level) we will thank you by taking 20% off your next month's rent!

    Do you have any sort of referral program? 

    How does month to month billing work? 


    Open Desk Memberships and Dedicated Desk Memberships kick off the day you sign up and are billed monthly. Cancel at any time! We do offer longer term commitments at discounted rates for those that aren't afraid of a little commitment ;) Contact us to find out more!

    What are your hours going to be?

    The first floor workspace will be open 9 am - 5 pm. Dedicated Desk Members and Private Studio Members will have access to the second floor 'round the clock and will be issued a key card for easy access. The retail store's hours will be 10 am - 6 pm.   

    Can I add mail and packaging services? 

    Dedicated Desk Memberships and Private Studio Memberships come with mail and package services. General Members may absolutely add on mail and packaging services for an additional $50/month. 

    Members are absolutely able to use the event space for member-hosted events. Pricing for members is heavily discounted from our typical venue costs. Please contact us for more information on venue pricing for members. We will also be hosting a member-led series of events where members can showcase their company and craft to the public. More information on that coming soon!

    As a member, can I utilize the space to host an event?

    Yes you may! Members are always our priority but we will have availability for non members as well. You can learn more about pricing and amenities here. Please contact us to inquire about availability and reserve your spot. 

    Can I utilize the photography studio, prep kitchen or conference rooms if I'm not a member? 

    For Open Desk Memberships & Dedicated Desk Memberships there is a deposit of 1 month's membership fee due upon booking. Private Studios require a deposit equal to 1.5 months of their monthly membership fee.

    Is there any sort of security deposit or retainer fee to become a member?
